Fees
Our clinical assessment and rehabilitation services are charged at the rates agreed in your quotation or referral agreement.
Our hourly rate includes all professional time associated with your care, including:
- Clinical assessments and treatment sessions
- Treatment planning and goal setting
- Clinical documentation and report writing
- Review of relevant medical or clinical records
- Liaison with other healthcare professionals
- Attendance at multidisciplinary meetings and case reviews where required
This approach provides transparent pricing with no hidden charges for routine clinical work.
Assessments
The length and cost of an initial assessment will depend on the complexity and requirements of the case. We will discuss and agree the anticipated assessment time before any appointment is arranged.
Where appropriate, existing medical or expert reports may be used to inform our assessment and treatment planning.
Availability
We aim to offer appointments as quickly as possible. Typical waiting times are approximately two weeks, although urgent referrals may be accommodated where availability allows.
Assessment reports are generally completed within 2–4 weeks following the assessment, subject to receipt of all relevant information and the complexity of the case.
Travel
Where travel is required to deliver services, any applicable travel charges will be discussed and agreed in advance.
Cancellations
We understand that appointments occasionally need to be rearranged. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible.
The following cancellation charges apply:
- More than 72 hours’ notice: No charge.
- 24–72 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled appointment fee (plus any pre-agreed travel time, where applicable).
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend: 100% of the scheduled appointment fee, including any pre-agreed travel time.
These charges reflect the clinical time reserved specifically for your appointment and help us minimise disruption to other clients.
Payment
Musculoskeletal (MSK) Appointments
Payment is required in advance to secure your appointment. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
Rehabilitation and Other Professional Services
For rehabilitation services, case management referrals, medico-legal work, and other professional services, invoices are issued following the provision of services unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
We reserve the right to suspend ongoing services where invoices remain unpaid.

- Use of our clinic facilities and rehabilitation gym
- Multidisciplinary meeting space
- Internal clinical supervision
- Clinical discussions and second opinions within our team
- Robust clinical governance to support safe, effective care
Changes to These Terms
Our fees and terms may be reviewed periodically. Any changes will be communicated in advance where applicable.
